Some fear is useful, it is good to fear dangerous situations. Some fears is useless, like being afraid of a spider that can do you no harm. You do not need these useless fears. They can have a large impact on life, causing stress, anxiety, panic and can stop you getting the most out of life.
Hypnotherapy communicates with the part of you that controls behaviour, it enables you to change the way you react and change your behaviour. Any learnt fears can be unlearnt.
